Description
Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Manager in the New Brunswick, New Jersey area. This role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes in a biopharmaceutical setting. This is a key role that will involve managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Human Resources Manager
- Familiarity with ADP – Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now, and Paylocity.
- Knowledge of ATS – Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Proficiency with Ceridian and HCM software
- Experience with Benefit Functions
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations within HR
- Ability to manage and resolve Employee Relations issues
- Demonstrated experience with Hiring Processes
