Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking to hire an HR Manager at their Saint-Laurent office (hybrid: WFH twice weekly). We are seeking a candidate not afraid to roll up their sleeves and truly take ownership of this position.
The position offers a 10% annual bonus, 4 weeks off, group benefits, and a flexible work schedule over a 40-hour workweek.
100% Necessary Requirements:
-Permanent Canadian residency
-Bilingual EN-FR
-Experience directly managing professionals and leading teams
-5+ years of HR experience including general HRIS knowledge, recruitment, performance management, collaborating with business executives, policies & procedures, and A-Z HR involvement
-Some basic payroll knowledge (not processing payroll, but just understanding its basics)
