Human Resources Manager

Job Category: Human Resources (HR)
Job Type: Full Time
Job Location: United States

Company Overview

We specialize in Executive and Senior Level searches withing the financial services industry. We work with Asset Management, RIA and Family Offices, Insurance Carriers and Distributors, Private Equity and Venture Capital firms needing to fill key roles within their companies. As you consider which recruiting firm you will choose to partner with, I would offer up the following to help you in your selection: • We rely heavily on communication and see our clients as partners. We view it as a sin to waste time. • We have found that the more information we share with candidates during the recruiting process, the better both of our reputations will be after the search. This sets us up to get better and better candidates for your firm over time. • We are not a resume shop. Our team members have been trained to adhere to our process in order to understand fully what our hiring managers expect in a candidate profile. We see ourselves as an extension of your company in the field, and we thrive when treated as partners with a vested interest in your success. • We believe in adding value in the lives of our candidates, so honest feedback is paramount. They may not always want to hear what we have to say, but we know that if they can internalize our message, they will leave the recruiting process as better candidates than they came into it.
