Job Description:
The Contract HR Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This includes assisting with processing payroll, managing employee records, and assisting with onboarding and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll, including timesheet verification and employee compensation adjustments.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Support new hire onboarding, including document collection, background checks, and benefits enrollment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date documentation.
- Assist in generating HR reports, such as turnover metrics and payroll summaries.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in HR support roles.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, or similar platforms).
