About the job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Scheduling Assistant for a long-term contract opportunity in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of interviews, meetings, and other HR-related activities. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process. This is a great opportunity for early career candidates to break into Human Resources. Hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with candidates and managers to schedule interviews.

Coordinate and schedule meetings and other HR-related activities.

Assist interviewees with logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations.

Maintain and update the HR scheduling system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience in customer service or HR.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Google Workspace.
