Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist III.

Title: Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist II

Location : Plainsboro New Jersey 08536

Duration : 12+ Months

Schedule: M-F 9-5 or 8-4.

Job Description:

Must haves:

  • 2 years HR experience, required with 1-2 years employee relations or background administration.
  • Prior experience working with applicant tracking system

Summary:

  • Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist II will be responsible for fulfilling day to day operational background check queries and address any issues that arise.
  • This position will review, verify, and log, background checks. The Specialist will shape and manage expectations and ensure the process is being followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Review multi-faceted background reports to ensure compliance with processes and State/Federal regulations.
  • Partner with background check provider to escalate issues or delays.
  • Log and update daily background reports for new hires.
  • Escalate background issues or queries to client’s background check specialist.
  • Ensure compliance with retention and privacy policies.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required or 2-4 years of HR experience in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR related experience required with 1-2 years employee relations or background administration.
  • Prior experience working with applicant tracking system preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail required.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and/or confidential information required.
  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, provincial requirements related to HR, Employment Law and Talent Acquisition required.
