About the job

This role will have overall responsibility for the design, development, implementation, and management of all Total Rewards for all companies, including Benefits Programs, Wellness Initiatives, Compensation Programs, Inclusive of performance management, job descriptions, incentive programs, etc. In addition, the role will be the primary resource for Open Enrollment, contact with HRIS and systems integration as approved. Support all reporting, such as turnover, cost analysis, benchmarking, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark, Develop, and Implement standardized salary band/structure across all companies, including job descriptions, market ranges, and recommendations for plans for adjustments
  • Design enterprise-wide Short-Term Incentive (Bonus) program
  • Recommend, benchmark, and design Long-Term Incentive Plan for key leadership
  • Manage Benefits program with PEO (Extensis) partnership, including Wellness initiatives, monthly utilization reporting, and open enrollment
  • Manage all compensation recommendations including new hires, market surveys, promotions, etc.
  • Benchmark current Total Rewards portfolio and make recommendations/revise programs (such as PTO, floating holidays, HSA Contributions, 401(k) match)
  • Manage all HR reporting and analysis, such as turnover, increase reporting
  • Act as systems integration point of contact, including Extensis, Built, ATS (Bullhorn), etc.
  • Manage performance management process/reporting/analysis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Liberal Arts, Business, or related field
  • Ideal number of years of relevant experience (at least 5-7 years of experience)
  • Software proficiencies (HRIS – one of the major systems – no specific system required)
  • Advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, AirTable (a plus)
  • Strong Analytical skills, communication skills, relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, resilient, and ability to be both strategic and tactical
  • Flexible to work on-site at least 2 days a week

Annual salary starting at $130,000.
