What You’ll Do
- HR Manager
- Employee Relations: Be the go-to advisor for HR queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Reward & Recognition: Manage benefits strategies and support retention initiatives.
- Training & Development: Design training programmes to support professional growth and compliance.
- Reporting: Provider HR updates and insights to the leadership team and the board.
What They are Looking For
- Proven experience in a standalone HR Manager role with a strong focus on strategy and leadership.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- A CIPD qualification or eqivalent (or working towards it).
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working with unions or similar organisations is highly desirable.
