What You’ll Do

  • HR Manager
  • Employee Relations: Be the go-to advisor for HR queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Reward & Recognition: Manage benefits strategies and support retention initiatives.
  • Training & Development: Design training programmes to support professional growth and compliance.
  • Reporting: Provider HR updates and insights to the leadership team and the board.

What They are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a standalone HR Manager role with a strong focus on strategy and leadership.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • A CIPD qualification or eqivalent (or working towards it).
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working with unions or similar organisations is highly desirable.
