What You’ll Be Doing
- Utilise deep sector knowledge and stakeholder management to drive change and implement performance improvements
- Analyse people data to benchmark, identify trends, and implement solutions that enhance business performance
- Contribute to efficiency and synergy across the company through knowledge sharing and participation in steering/working groups
- Drive engagement with critical business processes using tools like Success Factors and share CoE-developed communications with the business
- Provide high-quality, accurate, and efficient end-to-end HR support to internal customers
- Work with strategic leadership to deploy integrated business-focused solutions and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Lead functional and business projects, providing assurance on operational efficiency and people budgeting guidance
- Coach and develop HR teams, monitor performance, and connect HR solutions with wider business strategy
Your Skills And Experiences
- Proven experience working in large, complex manufacturing, unionised, project-based organisations, with a broad scope of HR responsibilities
- Expertise in driving strategic HR initiatives, managing complex HR issues, and improving performance across departments
- Demonstrated success in delivering outcomes for projects and change initiatives
- Expertise in managing TUPE, transformation projects, and organisational change
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions
