About the Role – Manager, HR Communications

Your Impact

As a Manager of HR Communications, you will play a vital role in shaping Dexcom’s internal communications strategy, fostering a culture of transparency, engagement, and innovation. Reporting to the Enterprise Communications team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling messages that inform and inspire employees while supporting the global HR leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic communications partner to global HR leadership, leading communication initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Provide executive communication support for the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications to execute company-wide initiatives that impact the employee experience.
  • Develop metrics and feedback systems to measure the effectiveness of HR communication programs and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of internal communications while maintaining corporate branding and messaging consistency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 8-12 years of related experience.
  • A graduate degree is preferred, with 4+ years of relevant experience.

📍 Salary Range: $105,800 – $176,300
