Hospitality Coordinator – Connection Center (Eagan, MN)

Our Minneapolis, MN office is currently seeking Hospitality Coordinators for our Connection Center in Eagan, Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet attendees upon arrival.
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient registration process.
  • Address and resolve attendee inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Guide attendees through the Connection Center and provide assistance as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment.
  • Monitor and replenish necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate and host evening events to enhance the attendee experience.
  • Offer information about campus amenities and activities.
  • Assist with attendee transportation inquiries.
  • Collaborate with fellow Connection Center staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality is preferred.
  • Embodies CLA’s values of curiosity, collaboration, transparency, inclusivity, and reliability.
  • Passion for creating impactful experiences with a proactive and accountable approach.
  • Experience or interest in hospitality or event operations.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office Suite.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
