Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lessons in line with IB and Ontario curriculum.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the IB Coordinator for an integrated approach to learning.
- Communicate with parents and stakeholders to support student success.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, B.Ed., and Ontario College of Teachers certification (Primary/Junior).
- Minimum 2-3 years of homeroom teaching experience.
- IB training and experience are assets.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
