Home Health Nursing – LPN/LVN
As a Home Health Nurse (LPN/LVN), you will play a crucial role in assessing and monitoring patient conditions by tracking vital signs and documenting progress. You will administer treatments, including dispensing medications, changing bandages, and managing oxygen therapy and related equipment. Additionally, you will support patients in regaining independence by teaching them assisted living techniques—such as using mobility aids, specialized utensils for eating, and adaptive personal hygiene methods. You will also guide family members on safe and effective ways to lift, turn, and reposition patients for optimal comfort and care.
Your role requires an understanding of professional healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices. You will make independent decisions regarding work priorities while following established procedures and guidelines.
