Job Title: Healthcare Email Marketing Specialist

Pay Rate: $22/Hour om W2

Start Date: 02/03/2025

End Date: 12/31/2025

Shift/Hours: Mon – Fri, 8 – 5.PM -Time zone flexible

These hours are flexible, but we need availability during business hours with 40 hours max per week.

Candidates must have a quiet and private working environment.

Candidates must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Job Description:

This is fulfilment role, not a creative role

  • Contributes to the Marketing Communications job family in a support capacity.
  • Coordinates activities involved in the preparation of advertising, sales promotion and publicity in support of the marketing of company products.
  • Maintains schedules, tracks expenditures and budgets, maintains stock of literature, mails catalogs, updates and adds records to computer databases.
  • May assist in the logistics of planning and set up for trade shows.
  • Completes output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.
  • Works under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.
  • Work is subject to frequent review by more experienced professionals in Marketing Communications.
  • Provides overall service to clients and brokers in the Under 250 employee market
  • Communicates directly with clients and brokers
  • Works with various internal teams to process change requests

Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strict timelines and dynamic priorities is required.
  • Experience using critical thinking and problem solving to navigate complex processes and ambiguity is required
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work with data systems and operational processes a must.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to PPT and OneNote as well as Adobe is required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of group employee benefits, including SH products that include accidental injury, critical illness and hospital care insurance preferred.
  • 1-2 years in Employee Health Benefits is preferred
  • Experience in life and health insurance and/or medical is extremely helpful.
  • Background in working with contracts a bonus.
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment
  • Intermediate PC Skills required

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • HS/GED with 2+ years insurance experience OR an Associate’s Degree required
