What we need:
We are seeking a proven, inspirational leader with the vision, knowledge and experience to oversee the operational, educational, and strategic direction of the school.. You should have a proven record in school improvement, the ability to maintain standards and the drive to continuously develop the school, all with due regard to the Ofsted framework.
You will have demonstrable experience of working with pupils with a range of complex needs, curriculum development/delivery and the current Education Inspection Framework. You will also ensure the school operates in compliance with all statutory requirements and regulations, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
