Responsibilities of a Head of School
In this Head of School role, you will:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the school

Maintain outstanding teaching and learning outcomes across the curriculum

Ensure safeguarding, including online safety, remains a top priority

Inspire a culture of aspiration, achievement, and personal development for every child

Support and develop staff, encouraging confidence and continuous improvement

Implement effective performance management systems

Collaborate with the Trust’s School Improvement Team to enhance curriculum quality
