We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Finance to join our leadership team and oversee the financial functions of our growing group.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and managing all financial operations across our group. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with senior leaders and external stakeholders to ensure robust financial management, accurate reporting, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to have a direct influence on the long-term financial health and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy for the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts for all entities, working closely with senior leadership to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, tax filings, and statutory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processes, working with HR and external payroll providers to ensure timely and compliant employee compensation.
  • Establish and maintain strong financial controls and procedures to mitigate risk and safeguard company assets.
  • Serve as a financial advisor to the CEO and senior leadership, offering guidance on business decisions and financial implications.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across the group to support their financial and operational needs.
  • Manage relationships with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth financial operations.

Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in financial management, including financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to provide actionable financial analysis and strategic advice.
  • Experience overseeing payroll processes and working with external payroll providers.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working with external auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.
