Arnold Ash Group are partnered with an innovative iGaming group with a significant presence across Asia in their search for a Head of CRM to join their marketing leadership team. The role will leverage a combination of lifecycle planning, forecasting, data analytics, and advanced marketing automation to deliver a best-in-class retention strategy.
The Head of CRM will lead a distributed global team with a focus on developing a customer retention strategy utilising data and customer insights, aiming to build loyalty, maximize retention, and improve customer experience.
iGaming experience is essential for this position, as is extensive exposure to operating in Asian markets.
