Exciting new Head Chef opportunity for one of London’s coolest venues. Our client is seeking a Head Chef for their fast-paced, food-led restaurant in central London.

The ideal Head Chef would come from a fast-paced branded establishment, although my client is happy to consider a Head Chef with skills in any cuisine. Japanese is desirable but not a must.
What we are looking for in a Head Chef
- Managed a team of up to 15
- Worked in a high-paced restaurant
- Worked with or is happy to work alongside a production kitchen/team
- People management skills
- Skills in managing budgets, cost projections, revenue analysis, etc.
- Ability to balance the financials while maintaining high standards
- Rota planning
- Menu development
