Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Sell technical services, products, and systems, consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • New Business Development: Focus on acquiring new clients through cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging Centers of Influence (COI) relationships.
  • Lead Generation & Engagement: Identify and engage potential customers through strategic outreach, visits, and calls.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver technical presentations and live demos to highlight the features and benefits of current and future products.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Utilize technical expertise to understand customer requirements, prepare detailed specifications, and generate accurate quotes.
  • Objection Handling: Address technical concerns and objections from potential customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaboration & Product Enhancement: Partner with internal technical and marketing teams to provide insights for product enhancements and innovation.
  • Market Insights & Continuous Improvement: Share customer feedback and market trends to contribute to ongoing product and service improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HCM industry sales or technical sales.
  • Prospecting & CRM Expertise: Skilled in lead generation and prospecting using CRM tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Salesforce.com.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop and nurture COI relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Cold Calling & Communication: Strong cold calling and persuasive communication skills to initiate conversations and build client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy & Customer Acquisition: Proven ability to identify, target, and secure new customers through strategic sales tactics.
  • Inside & Outside Sales: Expertise in both remote and face-to-face sales methodologies, with the ability to close deals through multiple channels.
  • Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Ability to create and deliver compelling product demonstrations that effectively showcase technical solutions.
  • Market Analysis & Quoting: Proficient in strategic prospecting, market analysis, and preparing accurate quotations based on customer needs and pricing strategies.
