As a Guest Experience Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our guests’ and owners’ experiences, ensuring their stay is exceptional. Your role involves engaging with guests and owners to make them feel welcome, valued, and well-cared for during their time with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome each guest upon arrival at our reception, creating a friendly and inviting first impression.

  • Listen attentively to guests’ questions or concerns, providing thoughtful and personalized responses.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless service that enhances the overall guest and owner experience.

  • Gather and share guest and owner feedback with relevant teams to continually improve our services.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment where guests, owners, and visitors feel at home.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service roles such as Customer Service Advisor or Reception Team Member is beneficial but not essential; comprehensive training is provided.

  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for working with people.

  • Effective listening and clear communication skills, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Ability to handle guest challenges or complaints with patience, tact, and efficiency.
