In Q1, the startup grew faster than any other quarter by nearly 100% while expanding margins. And we’re seeing incredible momentum as we move across and up market. To help accelerate growth, we’re hiring someone at least as relentless as us to run Demand Generation / Growth Generation.
What you’ll do:
- Obsess over data coming in from all go-to-market channels
- Efficiently scale paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta
- Focus on conversion rate optimization by leveraging multiple mediums including website, email, newsletter, etc.
- Perform A/B tests to identify and iterate on effective messaging and tactics
- Maintain lead flows throughout the sales cycle in HubSpot Enable successful HubSpot workflows and lead nurture campaigns
- Monitor and update ongoing reporting using HubSpot data, Google Analytics, and paid ad account metrics
- Carry out go-to-market strategies to drive adoption of our product and new features
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer support, and product teams to drive lead quality and volume
About you:
- 4+ years of experience in a fast growing startup in the SaaS space
- Experience scaling a B2B SaaS start-up in a demand gen / growth role, Performance marketing background, laser focused on efficient spend & driving conversions
- Obsessive commitment to understanding data and analytics to generate actionable insights
- Highly proficient in HubSpot, CRM platforms, and data attribution methods Strong bias to action and proactive disposition.
- Experience working at a startup that has gone through extreme growth (ARR, rounds of funding, headcount, etc.)
- You are a do-er.
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills
