Role Overview: Apparel Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and evolve brand identity through innovative graphic design.
- Develop exclusive graphics for men’s, women’s, and kids’ collections across multiple product categories.
- Collaborate with the design team to execute global creative briefs.
- Produce high-quality graphic assets for in-house brand ranges.
- Create photographic, all-over prints (AOP), placement graphics, and vector prints.
- Stay ahead of global graphic trends to drive design innovation.
- Ensure designs align with brand DNA and resonate with target customer profiles.
- Maintain a strong commercial aesthetic in all graphic work.
- Present concepts and designs to the buying team.
- Prepare detailed tech and artwork packs for product development execution.
- Conduct research trips to stay informed on industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with intellectual property (IP) processes.
- Work closely with marketing teams to create assets for campaigns and product launches.
- Manage designs in accordance with critical paths to meet deadlines.
- Mentor and train junior team members in graphic design skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with PLM systems is a plus (training available).
- Knowledge of 3D design is an advantage.
- Previous experience in apparel graphic design, particularly in streetwear, sportswear, athleisure, and activewear.
- Strong technical understanding of print techniques.
- Experience creating technical packs, including graphic sizing and grading.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
