Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design and marketing professionals to develop innovative branding and graphic design solutions across various industries.
- Create unique, strategic, and award-winning branding materials and digital assets.
- Use industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to develop visual concepts.
- Ensure all design and branding elements align with client goals and brand strategies.
- Participate in the implementation and execution of design and branding projects.
- Communicate effectively with clients, presenting designs and incorporating feedback into actionable tasks.
- Oversee projects from brief to completion, utilizing Designity’s tools to ensure quality results.
- Understand client needs, identify challenges, and provide strategic design solutions while managing project timelines.
- Mentor and guide creatives, fostering their professional growth.
- Serve as a leader, key decision-maker, and mentor within the team.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in graphic or brand design, including marketing materials and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard tools.
- Strong understanding of print and digital design processes.
- Experience working in a creative/design agency or managing client projects as a freelancer.
- Proven project management skills, including developing briefs, setting timelines, and delivering independently.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, set expectations, and communicate project updates.
- Experience mentoring and guiding creatives at various levels.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring timely and high-quality project execution.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic or brand design and strategic direction.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Graphic Design, Branding, Marketing, Communication, Project Management, or a related field (additional management education is a plus).
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Based in the US or Canada with excellent English communication skills.
- Quick learner with a passion for process optimization and multitasking.
