Graduate Teacher – Key Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure student engagement in the absence of a teacher

Manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive learning environment

Assist students with classwork and assignments, offering guidance and support

Support teachers with marking, feedback, and other administrative tasks

Adapt to different classroom settings and provide continuity in students’ learning
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in a Graduate Teacher role, you should:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (all academic backgrounds welcome)

Have a passion for education and a commitment to student success

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Show adaptability, initiative, and enthusiasm for working with young learners

Be prepared to undergo safeguarding checks, including an Enhanced DBS check
