To help us to continue to push these limits, we are seeking a Global Supply Planner to support us in planning, ordering and distributing products across our global wound supply chain network.

You will work with an assigned portfolio of products, supplied by a mix of S+N Facilities and sub-contract manufacturers and be responsible for the long-term planning of our product lines.

This role is all about making sure we’ve got the right products, in the right place, at the right time. You’ll achieve this by assessing our requirements, and partnering with the right teams who can deliver this. You’ll be coupling analytical and numerical skills, with proactive communication and organisation.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing monthly and weekly supply plans, you’ll strive to meet forecasted demand requirements while optimising capacity, inventory, and financial objectives.
  • You’ll be responsible for compiling and sharing reports and communications related to supply planning.
  • Preparing supply graphs for the next 18-24 months, you’ll identify risks and opportunities for supply plans, capacity, inventory, demand, and market developments, and present these in Supply Reviews.
  • Reviewing daily and weekly service, back orders, stock coverage, and demand reports, you’ll sequence un-forecasted and emergency orders, provide supply priorities to each manufacturing site, and offer accurate product availability information to Network Planning and regional/global business units as needed.
  • You’ll continuously identify and improve planning tools and processes.
  • Monitoring supplier performance, you’ll collaborate with Procurement, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to implement remedial actions.
  • During the safety and target stocks review process, you’ll review and provide recommendations.
