As a Global Demand Planner , you will be responsible for the demand planning process of the Radiography Systems business in Waygate Technologies. You will work with the regional sales directors and services sales teams to develop accurate demand plans with the appropriate granularity and horizon to support a rolling 24month plan
As a Global Demand Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Lead the Demand Review Process of the monthly Sales & Operations Planning routine; work with product management, marketing, sales and project management teams to review market and product intelligence, pipeline, historical, and current backlog data to produce accurate demand plans for the medium-term.
- Monitor demand plan performance by measuring plan vs actual, bias, forecast error, and translate that into changes in the demand planning routine.
- Support key business planning routines and ensure alignment on a connected set of numbers across S&OP, Annual Planning, QMI, FastFocus, and LRP.
- Develop and evaluate what-if scenarios, document assumptions, and establish leading indicators to monitor if a scenario is materializing; push the business for action at the right point in time.
- Create and improve dashboards/reports for the commercial, finance, supply chain teams; increase visibility to meaningful actionable information to support key planning routines. (Pipeline analytics, Growth initiatives, entitlement & market opportunities, integration of multiple datasets)
- Integrate product lifecycle changes into the demand plan scenarios and work closely with product management and marketing to monitor performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ITO/OTR processes.
- Drive SFDC adoption of standards for Rad systems, partner with the commercial excellence team to determine data governance rules, and increase overall effectiveness and operational rigor in Salesforce.com
- Support regional and global pricing analytics and develop value pricing strategies congruent with the long-range plan.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Supply Chain
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience with increasing scope and responsibility in a customer facing, financial, or supply chain planning role.
- Previous experience supporting complex global organizations.
- Strong skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. PowerBI, Excel powerpivot)
- Experience successfully leading cross-functional projects and process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas.
- Driven change agent with a customer-centric mindset; proven ability to challenge the status quo and influence cross-functional and global teams.
- Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work inclusively in a global cross-functional team.
- Robust knowledge and understanding of enterprise processes and systems (e.g. ERPs, CRMs, MRPs etc..) spanning across key operational functions such as Finance, Commercial and Supply Chain.
- Commercial experience and an understanding of the competitive landscape are desirable.
