Analyst, Brand Health & Strategy – Large Hospitality Company (Chicago, IL)
A large hospitality company seeks a Jr. to Mid-Level Analyst/Brand Analyst for a Brand Health & Strategy role in Chicago. This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.
Compensation: $43 – $47/hour
Purpose:
Support the Director, Brand Health & Strategy by managing operational tasks, ensuring efficient communication, and driving Accountability program success. This role is crucial for maintaining brand consistency, addressing critical needs, and providing administrative and operational support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in brand health, strategy, and operations within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:

Tier Response Coordination:
- Coordinate Level 1 and Level 2 tier response activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal (operations, design) and external (contractors, vendors) stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Administrative and Communication Support:
- Manage the team’s generic mailbox.
- Manage schedules, track projects, and prepare materials for presentations/meetings.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing communications.

Reporting and Data Management:
- Assist with reporting, data entry, tracking metrics, and preparing summaries.
- Ensure report accuracy and timely submission.

Team and Process Support:
- Provide support for miscellaneous tasks (Design Services team assistance, mailbox coordination, ad hoc requests).
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Ensure alignment with company standards, procedures, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
- High School or equivalent.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
- Eagerness to learn about business operations, data quality, and the hospitality industry.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
