Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement impactful brand and digital marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
- Assist in crafting marketing messages tailored to regional strategies.
- Lead and manage projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and regular stakeholder updates.
- Oversee the production, scheduling, and approval of various communication materials, including print and digital brochures, advertisements, event content, webpages, sales tools, digital campaign assets, and clinical materials.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies, providing updates and creative feedback as necessary.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with legal and regulatory standards, making necessary revisions in accordance with corporate brand guidelines, business unit style guides, and regional ethics policies (e.g., EucoMed, AdvaMed).
- Proofread and edit materials to ensure consistency with corporate identity, brand strategy, marketing guidelines, and trademark regulations.
- Manage additional tasks as needed, such as sourcing and organizing digital assets, conducting research, executing special projects, and supporting brand-related initiatives.
Additional Skills:
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, with experience in print and multimedia production preferred.
- Willingness to continuously learn about products and procedures through available resources.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and within cross-functional teams, fostering productive internal and external relationships.
- Commitment to company policies, including health and safety protocols, environmental sustainability measures, and compliance with all regulations.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience required.
