We are looking for a motivated, sales-driven leader to join our team as a General Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, committed to helping members achieve their goals, and skilled in driving sales and team leadership. You will work within a designated club to enhance sales, streamline processes, and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet business objectives.

• Drive membership sales, billing, and fitness program participation.

• Ensure top-tier customer service, cleanliness, and facility maintenance.

• Oversee club operations, including safety compliance, CPR/AED training, and equipment upkeep.

• Manage payroll budgets, employee training, and performance coaching.

• Serve as an information hub for products, programs, and events.

• Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of results.

• Excellent customer service mindset with strong communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

• Availability for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a background check.

• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
