Brand Manager – Snail Games USA
Snail Games USA seeks a multi-talented Brand Manager to integrate brand strategy, community engagement, and project management to drive the success of our games and connect with players globally. You will be the heart of our game brands, building and maintaining strong brand identities, fostering player engagement, and overseeing key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Brand Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies.
- Drive creative vision for marketing campaigns.
- Position games effectively using market research and player data.
- Build relationships with influencers, press, and partners.

Community Engagement:
- Be the voice of the brand, connecting with players.
- Cultivate a passionate player base.
- Lead community initiatives (live streams, events, social campaigns).
- Monitor player sentiment and inform brand/game development.

Project Management:
- Oversee brand-related projects (launches, updates, campaigns).
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate creative, development, and marketing teams.
- Anticipate risks and develop solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role (gaming industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of gaming culture, trends, and player behavior.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Proven project management experience with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, community management tools, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Passion for gaming and connecting with player communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of game development and publishing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing.
Salary & Benefits:
- $65,000 – $72,000 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.).
