Key Responsibilities
- Fund and Investor Reporting: Prepare performance insights, capital calls, and investor reporting, acting as a key contact for investor queries.
- Financial Control: Oversee management accounts, financial statements, and consolidations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Cashflow and Treasury Management: Manage fund-level and corporate cashflows, optimize working capital, and implement FX hedging strategies.
- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to regulatory and tax requirements across jurisdictions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency.
- Portfolio Analysis: Support the investment team with portfolio-level analysis and provide actionable insights to enhance returns.
- Corporate Administration: Manage entity administration and ensure timely statutory filings and compliance documentation submission.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA with real estate investment and fund accounting experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of fund structures, SPV management, consolidations, and financial reporting.
- Analytical & Strategic: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to support strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional Communicator: Able to engage and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Self-starter with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
