Fund Accountant

Our client is a global investment and advisory firm with over $300 billion in AUM. The Fund Accountant will be involved in all accounting aspects for private funds and structured products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the monthly close package to support the calculation of the fund’s NAV
• Prepare month-end investor statements
• Monitor expense budgets and accruals
• Coordinate investor transactions
• Prepare and submit financial reporting documents to internal management and external stakeholders
• Improve overall processes and accounting procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• CPA preferred
• 1-3 years of accounting experience with a mix of public and private accounting experience
• Exposure to investment companies
• Strong analytical skills
