Full Stack Engineer
Location: Remote (office in NYC)
Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months)
Compensation: $60–$85 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Implement: Design and implement full-stack features across both frontend and backend systems.
- AI Integration: Apply and innovate on the latest AI technologies to enhance the lending platform.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to respond to customer feedback and continuously improve the product.
- Ownership: Take initiative to drive projects from inception to completion, making a significant impact on company growth and success.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience in full-stack development and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Exposure to AI technologies is a strong advantage.
- Background in fintech and/or startups is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different roles as needed.
- An eye for design is a bonus.
