Responsibilities

  • Develop visually compelling brand experiences across all digital customer touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and cohesive online presence for Tommy John.
  • Design and produce digital assets, including website graphics, paid social video content, and motion design elements.
  • Work closely with the Creative Operations team to manage timelines, project priorities, and workload distribution.
  • Apply a strong design sensibility to ensure all creative work aligns with Tommy John’s premium brand aesthetic.

Experience, Skills, & Attributes

  • 2–5 years of experience in a graphic design role preferred; experience with a DTC/E-Commerce apparel brand (freelance or in-house) is required.
  • Embodies Tommy John’s core values: Humble, Adaptable, Mindful, GSD (Get Stuff Done), and Curious.
  • Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in website graphics, paid social video, and motion design, particularly in the fashion or CPG space.
  • Ability to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute motion graphics that enhance brand storytelling.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer experience.
  • Strong collaborative spirit, with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead projects independently.
  • Preference for candidates based in NYC who can collaborate in person with cross-functional teams at our downtown office.
