Your Role as a Fire & Security Service Engineer
As a Service Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining Fire & Security Systems, ensuring they meet current standards and customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Servicing and maintaining Fire & Security Systems in your designated area.
- Responding to service calls and ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Planning and executing routine maintenance and reactive service visits.
- Communicating effectively with customers to schedule site visits.
- Managing stock levels with assistance from our Stores team.
- Attending training sessions and engineering team meetings as required.
- Identifying personal training and development needs to enhance customer service.
