Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of assigned properties, consolidating and interpreting critical financial data to support informed decision-making.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, assisting General Managers with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Develop financial projections to guide strategic and operational decisions aimed at optimizing financial outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures while advising General Managers and site management on best financial practices.
  • Report directly to the Finance department, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Regional Vice President of Operations, collaborating closely with the Regional Operations team.
  • Manage daily, monthly, and periodic financial reporting requirements at local, regional, and corporate levels.
  • Assist the RVP and General Managers in analyzing operational data, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s key profitability drivers.
  • Oversee the management of fixed assets, insurance costs, and inventory of high-value parts and equipment.
  • Provide financial support for new business initiatives and contract re-procurement in partnership with operations and business development teams.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support financial and operational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).
  • CPA certification (preferred).
  • Experience managing financial processes across multiple entities or states, including month-end closing, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or hospitality industries (required).
