What Your Day Will Look Like
- Serve as a financial partner to regional and solution line finance teams, delivering comprehensive data presentations with actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.
- Assist in long-term financial planning, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with global colleagues across various functions to implement centrally managed finance initiatives effectively.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of monthly actuals and forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance operational and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, offering key insights into monthly, quarterly, and annual performance, as well as alignment with critical operating metrics.
- Work closely with offshore finance teams and liaise with business operations, controllership, and Centers of Excellence to gather insights and drive performance improvements.
- Lead initiatives to enhance financial processes and systems, ensuring greater efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, participating in training and mentoring programs while prioritizing professional growth and continuous learning.

Skills and Experience for Success
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years of financial experience, preferably in FP&A (Forecasting, Planning, and Analysis)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience in presenting financials to management
- Critical thinking and leadership abilities to drive performance improvements
- High proficiency in MS Excel and Access
- Experience with Workday GL and TM1 is a plus
