Finance Manager – CAPEX | Technology Infrastructure | £80,000 – £85,000 + benefits

I am currently working with a Digital Infrastructure company looking to bring in a Finance Manager – CAPEX, this is a key role with a company who are going massively.

For this role you will need to have experience working with large amounts of CAPEX and know what a best in class looks like. You will be coming in a shaping the CAPEX function working with various teams across the business and influencing decisions.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

– Owning annual budgets and forecasts while understanding department investment needs.

– Evaluate the financial viability of proposed capital projects.

– Preparing regular reports on CAPEX spending, variances from budget, and the performance of capital projects.

– Ensuring that CAPEX spending complies with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.

– Identifying opportunities to improve CAPEX processes, controls, and reporting

– Collaborating with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and senior management, to provide financial insights and support investment decisions.

You will need the gravitas to work with senior stakeholders across the business and play a crucial role in ensuring the company’s investments are financially sound and contribute to it’s long-term growth.

You will need to be qualified either ACA/ CIMA and have a number of years with CAPEX to be considered, this is a super exciting role and my client goes into the office 4 days a week.
