Finance Manager – Senior Health Value-Based Care (Amazon One Medical)

Our integrated in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and specialized programs for preventive, chronic, and mental health care have been transforming patient experiences for over 15 years.

We are seeking a Finance Manager (FM) to support Senior Health Value-Based Care. This role is pivotal in driving financial health, investments, and operational efficiency within One Medical. Candidates with Medicare or government-funded health insurance experience will be well-suited for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly Medicare membership models and reporting, including data extraction, analysis, and leadership insights.
  • Partner with business and finance leaders to develop long-term strategies and new initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Science, and FinTech teams to implement data-driven reporting and forecasting solutions.

  • Eligibility and payment reconciliation models
  • FP&A processes and financial mechanisms
  • Deep-dive modeling for value-based care KPIs

Qualifications

Basic

  • 5+ years in finance, accounting, tax, or a related analytical field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Computer Science) and 5+ years of finance experience
  • OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of finance experience

Preferred

  • MBA or CPA certification
  • SQL/ETL knowledge and experience with large-scale data mining & reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Essbase, Cognos, Oracle)
  • 6+ years of financial modeling, variance analysis, and strategic insights driving business impact
