Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Partner with Business Unit GMs and teams to drive financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis.
✔️ Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
✔️ Manage forecasting models, pricing strategies, and financial impact analysis.
✔️ Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track financial health and operational efficiency.
✔️ Support financial reporting, including customer program invoicing and executive presentations.
✔️ Drive process improvements and financial system implementations for better data accuracy and reporting.
Experience: 5-8 years in FP&A, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or tech industries.
Skills: Strong financial modeling, data visualization, and analytical skills.
Mindset: Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
Tools: Experience with Anaplan, Netsuite, or Oracle is preferred.
Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders from engineers to executives.
