Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage internal financial audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring all reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the finance team.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Manage and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in technical and financial accounting.
- Proven track record of leading internal financial audits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
