We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in analysing, designing, and implementing ERP solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business and finance requirements to design ERP and OCR solutions that support and enhance operations.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to implement ERP solutions that align with business goals.
  • Manage and optimize OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to improve data capture and automation processes.
  • Develop financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and implement enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Provide user training and support to ensure smooth ERP adoption across departments.
  • Lead projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and ERP integrations.
  • Act as a bridge between finance and IT departments, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst, particularly within ERP and OCR projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Experience with OCR technology implementation and usage.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
