About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in analysing, designing, and implementing ERP solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business and finance requirements to design ERP and OCR solutions that support and enhance operations.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to implement ERP solutions that align with business goals.
- Manage and optimize OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology to improve data capture and automation processes.
- Develop financial models and reports to support business decision-making.
- Monitor ERP system performance and implement enhancements to increase efficiency.
- Provide user training and support to ensure smooth ERP adoption across departments.
- Lead projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and ERP integrations.
- Act as a bridge between finance and IT departments, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Analyst, particularly within ERP and OCR projects.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Experience with OCR technology implementation and usage.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
