Key Responsibilities of a Finance Assistant
- Process purchase orders and invoices in the accounting system (NAV).
- Manage credit card transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Raise rechargeable expenses customer invoices accurately.
- Assist with receiving and sending deliveries.
- Support various finance-related administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills & Experience
To excel as a Finance Assistant, you should have:
- Finance experience (preferred but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear financial reporting.
