Field Marketing Representative – Briggs Family Home Development (Waukesha, WI)
Briggs Family Home Development (BFHD), a leading Midwest storm restoration and exterior remodeling company, seeks an enthusiastic and self-motivated Field Marketing Representative to expand our brand presence and drive growth in local communities (Milwaukee, Madison, Racine, Janesville, La Crosse, Waukesha, Kenosha, Sun Prairie, Brookfield, Pewaukee). This is an on-site position based in Waukesha, WI, requiring a daily commute to the office.
Responsibilities:
- Canvass neighborhoods to increase brand awareness and build community trust.
- Schedule free inspections through face-to-face marketing, phone outreach, and local event attendance.
- Promote BFHD services and build relationships with potential customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $15-$18 hourly base pay.
- Performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications:
