Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino, located in Eagle Pass, Texas, is a premier gaming and entertainment destination situated approximately two hours southwest of San Antonio. Proudly Native American-owned by the Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas, our casino embraces a multilingual environment, where Kickapoo, English, and Spanish are widely spoken.
Our casino boasts a team of approximately 700 employees and features 3,356 gaming machines, offering an exciting range of poker and bingo games. Essential Functions
- Ensure adherence to Tribal, Federal, and other applicable laws and gaming regulations, as well as Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino (KLEC) policies and procedures.
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards by actively listening and addressing customer and team member concerns.
- Promptly and accurately deliver food orders to guests.
- Check in with guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Communicate guest satisfaction and feedback to management and relevant departments.
- Ensure patrons have the necessary tableware and condiments before leaving the table.
- Address customer requests as they arise.
- Act as the liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Attend and successfully complete all required training.
- Ensure compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, including Title 31 and IRS Currency Transaction Reports. Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR, and SAR records as needed.
- Perform additional duties as required based on organizational needs or as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous restaurant or guest service experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish or other languages is a plus).

- Possess hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate devices such as a keyboard, touch-screen, phone, and calculator.
- Frequently lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Must have the physical stamina to handle heavy trays and prolonged standing.
Work Environment
- Work in restaurant, kitchen, and casino floor settings.
- Exposure to varying noise levels throughout the day.
- Required to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Perform efficiently under pressure in a high-stress environment.
- Potential exposure to difficult guests or irate staff situations.

- May require travel for work-related responsibilities.
Conditions of Employment
- Must obtain and maintain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including passing a background check.
- Must provide legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
- Must comply with KLEC policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
- Participation in the tip reporting program is mandatory.
