Job Description & Responsibilities
Richfield Springs Health Center is recognized as a New York State (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). This recognition reflects our commitment to delivering systematic, patient-centered, and coordinated care that promotes accessibility, effective communication, and active patient involvement.
- Join a well-established team consisting of one full-time physician and two Advanced Practice Clinicians.
- Practice in a traditional outpatient setting with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- No obstetrics (OB) responsibilities.
- Benefit from Generative AI Scribes provided to all Primary Care Physicians, reducing the time and stress associated with medical note documentation.
- Utilize the innovative In Basket Ninja Program, which manages in-basket tasks for providers on leave, vacation, or who have departed, ensuring continuity of care.
- Work with a fully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record system.
- A first-call system is in place, with a nurse practitioner or physician assistant available to handle patient calls.
Job Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), or Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS).
- Board Eligible or Board Certified.
- Active NYS Medical License.
- Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).
- Valid DEA Registration.
