Job Description: Export Sales Manager – Frozen Food, Vegan Food, Ice Cream, and Juices

Position Title: Export Sales Manager

Industry: Frozen Food, Vegan Food, Ice Cream, and Juices

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Strategy Development:

Identify and analyze export markets with potential for frozen food, vegan food, ice cream, and juices.

Develop market entry strategies tailored to specific regions and customer segments.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Achieve export sales targets by developing and managing international sales pipelines.

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts in target markets.

Conduct price negotiations, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.

3. Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities in international markets.

Collaborate with the product development team to adapt products for specific market needs and preferences.

Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the product portfolio.

4. Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure adherence to export regulations, customs requirements, and documentation for target markets.

Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of shipments.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while onboarding new clients.

Provide post-sale support to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

6. Market Trends and Reporting:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in international markets.

Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.

7. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including production, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless export operations.

Train and guide junior sales staff or agents in export sales processes.

Key Requirements:

1. Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in frozen food, vegan food, ice cream, or beverage industries.

2. Skills and Competencies:

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in export markets.

Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

3. Language and Cultural Skills:

Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Familiarity with cultural preferences and market dynamics in regions such as the Middle East, Asia, Europe, or Africa.

4. Other Attributes:

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes.
