Our client, a hard goods home decor company, is seeking an Executive/Sales Assistant to join the team in NYC.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and organizing meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and task follow-up.
- Assist with production management, including tracking orders, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Support the sales team by managing client communication, preparing sales reports, and coordinating sales presentations.
- Oversee various operational tasks, including maintaining databases, handling documentation, and solving workflow issues.
- Conduct research and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and decision-making.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, production, or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in production, sales, or operations is a strong plus.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Hybrid schedule, 3-4 days on site
$55k-$70k depending on experience
