A Principal at a leading global tech company is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive/Personal Assistant. This unique role requires a combination of high-touch executive and personal support to a lovely and kind executive. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and a diverse support team, ensuring seamless coordination between personal and professional responsibilities.

*This role is hybrid with option to work in SF or Peninsula office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Support: Manage the executive’s daily activities, including travel, dining reservations, meeting attendance, transportation, and personal errands.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as the liaison between the executive, house manager, executive assistants, business executives, and staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Travel Management: Organize travel logistics including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for both business and personal trips.
  • Event Planning: Plan and oversee personal and professional events, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all matters related to the executive’s personal and professional life.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant to a high-profile indiividual
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and a keen attention to detail.
  • Languages: Knowledge of written and spoken Japanese is a plus
  • Flexibility: Must be adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $145k – 165k- + Bonus + Benefits
